PROCESS
DEVELOPMENT
In the process development stage, which is the first stage of
production, our design department uses the latest design software
to create the tool design and production process. The engineer
then tests the production process template and tool design to
produce the best shape possible in the shortest amount of time.
When the production process is finalized, the tool design is utilized
for mass production.
LABORATORY
The laboratory performs tests on all raw materials and finished
products for chemical composition, hardness, tensile strength
and grain size. Scheduled maintenance is conducted to ensure the
